Tokio Hotel este o trupă de pop rock din estul Germaniei formată īn Magdeburg.
Gemenii Bill Kaulitz şi Tom Kaulitz (născut cu 10 minute mai devreme decāt Bill) au avut performanţe īn muzică de la vārsta de 9 ani. După organizarea unui spectacol īn oraşul natal īn anul 2001, l-au cunoscut pe Gustav Schäfer (n. 8 septembrie 1988) şi pe Georg Listing (n. 31 martie 1987), iar gusturile similare la muzică au dus la crearea trupei Devilish. Īn anul 2003, grupul a fost recunoscut, dupa ce Bill a castigat concursul Star Search cu melodia "It's a rainig men", de Petter Hoffmen care le-a facut rost de un contract cu casa de discuri Universal Music.Astfel se naste Tokio Hotel.
