Alecia Beth Moore (born September 8, 1979), who performs under the stage name Pink (often stylized as P!nk), is an American singer and songwriter. To date she has sold over 31 million albums worldwide.

She released her first single "There You Go" and first album, the R&B-oriented Can't Take Me Home, in 2000 via LaFace Records, which garnered commercial success. Her more pop rock-oriented second studio album, Missundaztood, which began a marked shift in the sound of her music, was released in 2001, and was successful worldwide. Pink released her third album, Try This, in November 2003, and her fourth in April 2006, I'm Not Dead. The latter generated seven hit singles, including "Stupid Girls," "U + Ur Hand," and "Who Knew."

Her fifth album, Funhouse, was released in late October 2008 and was preceded by her first solo number one on the Hot 100, "So What".

Alecia Beth Moore (n. pe 8 septembrie, 1979[1]), cunoscută sub numele Pink (uneori stilizat ca şi P!nk), este o cântăreaţă câştigătoare a două premii Grammy care a devenit celebră în 2000 datorită albumului Can't Take Me Home. Al doilea ei album, M!ssundaztood a devenit cel mai bine vândut din cariera sa. Spre deosebire de primul care a avut influenţe R&B, M!ssundaztood a fost orientat mai mult spre pop rock. Al treilea material discografic, Try This, nu s-a bucurat de un succes la fel de mare ca anteriorul. După o pauză, Pink s-a reîntors pe scena muzicală cu albumul I'm Not Dead (2006) care s-a comercializat în peste 1.5 milioane de exemplare numai în Statele Unite.[2] În total, Pink a vândut peste 29 de milioane de unităţi ale albumelor ei în toată lumea, următorul material discografic urmând să apară în octombrie 2008.

Este recunoscută prin simţul ei de modă neconvenţional şi glasul său puternic. P!nk a fost clasată pe locul 12 în UK Music Hall of Fame pentru primii ani ai secolului al XXI-lea. Calităţile ei vocale au fost comparate cu cele ale lui Janis Joplin, considerată de P!nk ca unul dintre idolii săi.
